A free mod for Fallout 4, by Ominus.

Vendor Caps is a mod that allows you to set different caps on different vendors. You can set different amounts of caps on each vendor separately.  You can do this in-game using a holotape in your pip-boy. With this, you no longer have to switch between .esp plugins.

The way that this is done is by using a new concept that has been introduced in the game. This concept is called the Creation Kit. This mod was created using the Creation Kit. Changes are done through the script, so it avoids editing any original record.
